Elijah in the rain
It was pouring rain and Elijah loved it. He stood out in the middle of the yard as the cloud dumped its load. He simply held out his hand and continued to move his fingers around, seemingly amazed and baffled at the same time.
This shot was taken a little later when he resorted to strolling in the water.

I would be more inclined to believe the rain part of this story if I couldn't see the hose in the background. SHAME ON YOU for forcing your infant to take part in your lies. If that even is your child.

As the neutral third party, I kind of have to go with Plett on this one. After months of dry weather, the idea of water falling from the sky in Summerland seems like an audacious claim.
