a hole in the wall
Something I learned last year was to build some passages through the wall to run electrical, irrigation, or whatever else. To later dig ppathways under the concrete woork really sucks. My current wall has three PVC pipes at ground level should I require them later.

When is that finished wall celebration? We'd love to join in that part and are terrified we'll have to schlepp rocks if we come over before that. Actually, if we didn't have a carful of small children that were counterproductive to any kind of work we'd help. I think.

Come to think of it, the kids are counterproductive to personal leisure as well. Interesting.

I strongly recommend that all people stay clear of this place for a while. I have ear-marked Jer to help me install the base of the next section, and perhaps Kev to help with the base for section 4 later in the summer. That said, if everyone claimed sudden illness, I could accept that.
Everything else aside, I know I can probably lure both people with beer. Ahhhh...the achiles heel.
